I got my daughters hand and foot prints made here. Whilst the service was good and quick, the actual outcome was more than disappointing. The colour was not as described, her left hand has a deformed pinky and thumb, there are chips in the placque, and the paint is so thick on the prints that its actually covered up most of the details. The prints arrived after 7 weeks despite being promised theyd be finished after 3. Her hands are a lot bigger now so I wont be able to have such cute prints when I redo them, which is also disappointing.
